Site Agent / Site Supervisor – Highways & Resurfacing - Nights

National Highways SDF Framework – North West | Competitive Day Rate| Outside IR35 Potential | Immediate Start

A leading Tier 1 infrastructure contractor is seeking experienced Site Agents / Supervisors, from an engineering background to join a growing pipeline of resurfacing and highway improvement schemes across the National Highways Scheme Delivery Framework in the North West.

With multiple projects already mobilised and further works entering delivery, these positions offer immediate starts and long-term opportunities across a well-established framework.

The Role

You will take full ownership of site delivery across a range of motorway and trunk road schemes - managing safety, programme performance, subcontractors, and compliance with National Highways standards. You will act as the principal contractor's site representative and be capable of running a site independently through all phases of delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day site operations on resurfacing and highway maintenance schemes
  • Supervising plant, labour, and subcontractors
  • Monitoring programme delivery and site productivity
  • Managing permit systems, RAMS, inspections, and safety briefings
  • Maintaining site documentation and quality records
  • Ensuring compliance with National Highways standards throughout

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience as a Site Agent / Supervisor
  • Strong highways and resurfacing background
  • Experience on motorway or major road schemes for a Tier 1 contractor
  • SMSTS, CSCS Card, National Highways Passport, Safety Critical Medical, First Aid at Work (3-Day), and full UK Driving Licence
