Projects are typically delivered south of Bristol, covering small to medium-sized schemes. Thanks to continued growth, they're looking to recruit an experienced Site Agent to join their Bristol team.

The Role

As Site Agent, you'll lead the delivery of highways structures and reinforced concrete projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to
the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading client and progress meetings
  • Managing subcontractors and site teams
  • Producing look-ahead programmes
  • Preparing and reviewing RAMS
  • Interpreting engineering drawings
  • Monitoring quality and health & safety
  • Ensuring compliance with framework and company procedures
About You You'll be an experienced Site Agent with:
  • Civil Engineering qualification or equivalent
  • Main contractor experience
  • Strong background in highways structures and RC works
  • Framework delivery experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication and commercial awareness
  • A proactive approach to quality and safety
