We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead the successful delivery of projects valued between £250,000 and £1 million across South Wales, South West England, and the M4 Corridor. In this role, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations on water infrastructure and environmental projects.
- Prepare and implement RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
- Plan, manage, and monitor project programmes and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and company procedures.
- Complete all associated site administration and reporting.
- Procure and manage materials.
- Coordinate, supervise, and manage subcontractors.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
- SMSTS certification.
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Previous experience managing civil engineering, water infrastructure, or environmental projects.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
