Site Agent / Site Manager - Water Infrastructure
We’re looking for an experienced Site Agent / Site Manager to join a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering clean and foul water projects in Swindon.
This role needs someone who knows the water sector and has hands-on experience delivering clean and foul water infrastructure projects for major UK water utility companies.
You’ll take responsibility for site delivery, managing the programme, site teams, health & safety, quality and commercial performance, while working closely with the wider project team and client.
Key requirements:
- Proven Site Agent / Site Manager experience
- Strong clean and foul water experience
- Experience delivering projects for major UK water utility companies
- Strong civil engineering background
- Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)
- SMSTS
- Street Works Supervisor
- Good understanding of programme, RAMS, quality and commercial delivery
- Confident managing site teams and client relationships
