Site Agent

Rate: £450 per day CIS

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a highways improvement and SUDS (Sustainable Drainage Systems) project in Epsom. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate highway and SUDS construction activities.
• Oversee subcontractors, labour, plant, and material resources.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Monitor programme progress and drive productivity on site.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, local authorities, and site teams.
• Maintain accurate site records, RAMS, permits, and daily reports.
• Support commercial and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Agent on highways or civil engineering schemes.
• Strong knowledge of highway construction and drainage/SUDS works.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
