Site Agent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a major bulk earthworks project based in Shrewsbury.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term civil engineering scheme with a reputable contractor.

The Role:

• Managing day-to-day site operations on a bulk earthworks package.
• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
• Liaising with the project management team, engineers, and client representatives.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects.
• Strong background in bulk earthworks, highways, or infrastructure.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage programmes, resources, and subcontractors effectively.

• Rate: £350–£450 per day (DOE)
