About the Role

This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment across both workshop and site facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness across offices, workshop areas, and operational spaces
  • Keeping external areas (yard, entrances, walkways) clean, safe, and presentable
  • Supporting workshop upkeep, including removal of dust, debris, and operational waste
  • Carrying out routine and periodic deep cleaning tasks
  • Managing and replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables
  • Basic maintenance support and waste handling (where appropriate)
  • Reporting any defects, hazards, or maintenance issues to management

About You

What We Look For

  • Comfortable working in a practical, physically active role
  • Able to work across both indoor and outdoor environments
  • Experience in industrial, commercial, or site-based cleaning (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
  • Good communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Attended Hours: Monday-Friday
Contracted Hours: 25-30 hrs per week
