Construction: Site Cleaner

Location: Central Bournemouth

Employer: Construction company (engaged via agency PSR)

We are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Cleaner to join an active construction site team in central Bournemouth on a long‑term basis. You will work through the recruitment agency PSR and be assigned to a reputable construction company. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining safe, tidy working environments and who is comfortable working on live sites.

• Daily site cleaning: sweep, mop, remove debris, empty bins, and maintain welfare areas.

• Waste management: segregate and dispose of general and construction waste in line with site procedures.

• Sanitation: clean and restock site toilets, canteens, and drying rooms.

• Hazard control: report hazards, remove small debris safely, and assist with keeping walkways and access points clear.

• Support tasks: assist site teams with ad hoc cleaning and basic site housekeeping duties as required.

• Compliance: follow site rules, health and safety procedures, and attend site inductions.

• Experience: previous cleaning experience preferred; construction site experience advantageous but not essential.

• Attitude: punctual, reliable, physically fit, and able to work independently.

• Safety awareness: willingness to follow site safety rules; site induction and PPE will be provided.

• Right to work: eligibility to work in the UK.

• Availability: long‑term commitment; flexible to work standard site hours with occasional early starts if required.

• Desirable: CSCS card or site pass is a plus but not mandatory.

• Long‑term assignment with a stable construction employer via PSR.
