Site Engineer – Data Centre Project

Bond Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer / Setting Out Engineer to work on a major new-build data centre project in Middlesbrough.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity to work with a leading UK main contractor on a large-scale construction project, with approximately 18–24 months of work available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting out for groundworks, foundations, drainage, services and structural works.

• Carrying out QA/QC inspections and maintaining accurate site records.

• Producing as-built surveys and checking works against drawings and specifications.

• Liaising with the Senior Engineer, site management and subcontractors.

• Ensuring works are delivered accurately and in accordance with programme requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer / Setting Out Engineer.

• Previous experience on large commercial, industrial or data centre projects preferred.

• Strong setting out and surveying skills.

• Competent using AutoCAD and robotic total stations.

• Good understanding of QA procedures and construction drawings.

• CSCS card essential.
