Site Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join our team on a major infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills on a high-profile scheme while supporting the successful delivery of complex works.
What you will be doing:
- Carry out setting out and dimensional control using modern survey equipment
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and tolerances
- Review construction information, raise RFIs, and support buildability improvements
- Supervise subcontractors and site operatives, ensuring safe and efficient delivery
- Maintain accurate records including as-builts, QA documentation, and ITPs
- Monitor progress against programme and support short-term planning
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
What you will bring:
- HNC/HND or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Experience working on RC frame or civil engineering projects
- Competent in setting out and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and QA processes
- Proficient with digital tools (AutoCAD, surveying equipment, MS Office)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, organised, and keen to develop within a high-performing team
