Site Engineer – Civils & Earthworks

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major civils and earthworks project on a RAF base in Lincolnshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile infrastructure scheme within a secure defence environment.

The Role

As Site Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Setting out for civils and earthworks packages.
  • Managing quality assurance and completing QA documentation.
  • Producing and maintaining accurate site records.
  • Liaising with the Site Manager, Subcontractors, and Client representatives.
  • Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with project specifications.
  • Supporting the delivery of the programme to agreed timescales.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer on civils and earthworks projects.
  • Strong setting out experience using Leica or Trimble equipment.
  • Experience with drainage, foundations, earthworks, and infrastructure works.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • CSCS Card (essential).
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
  • Previous experience working on MOD or RAF projects.
  • Security clearance or the ability to obtain clearance.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS.
  • First Aid at Work.
