Site Engineer



Location: Durham

Start Date: End of November

Duration: 4-6 Months

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a well-established groundworks contractor on a new-build school project in Durham.

This is a long-term opportunity working on a varied and straightforward civils package, offering 4-6 months of consistent work with the potential for further opportunities upon completion.



Scope of Works:

Hard landscaping

Kerbing and paving

Drainage and service installations

Ducting works

Trench excavation

Pipe laying

Bedding and backfilling operations

Setting out and quality assurance on site


Requirements:

Previous experience as a Site Engineer within groundworks and civil engineering projects

Strong setting-out capability

Ability to interpret drawings and specifications

Experience with drainage, roads, paving and external works

CSCS Card (essential)

Own surveying equipment preferred but not essential
