Site Engineer

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to support the delivery of a major tunnelling, piling, and concrete infrastructure project.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term programme of works involving tunnelling operations, piling works, reinforced concrete structures, and associated heavy civil engineering packages.

Site Engineer Responsibilities: 

• Setting out and surveying works in accordance with project specifications and drawings.
• Supporting the delivery of tunnelling, piling, and reinforced concrete activities on site.
• Ensuring works are completed safely, accurately, and in line with the project programme.
• Maintaining accurate site records, quality assurance documentation, and as-built information.
• Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and the client to coordinate works.
• Monitoring progress and assisting with technical problem-solving on site.
• Promoting a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across all site activities.

Site Engineer Requirements: 

• Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on tunnelling, piling, reinforced concrete, or heavy civils infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in setting out using Leica, Trimble, or similar surveying equipment.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Good understanding of reinforced concrete construction, piling, temporary works, and engineering specifications.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
