Site Engineer

My client is a leading groundworks sub-contractor in the commercial sector. We are currently recruiting a Site Engineer to complete a 6 month contract. You will be required to manage the engineering, including the setting out of the drainage, kerbs, roads and paving in Milton Keynes.

Site Engineer Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working with the Project Manager and foreman
• Managing QA and complete AS built Surveys.
• Site set up and compliance with health and safety
• Completing all setting out associated to the groundworks project, including drainage/roads.
• Raising technical queries on design issues.

Site Engineer Requirements:

• CSCS card.
• SMSTS or SSSTS – Desirable, not essential.
• 3-5 years minimum experience working with ground works contractors
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Time Served.
• Own Laptop & AutoCad
• Experience in using Leica – robotic.
