Site Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major highways scheme in Norwich, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting out and surveying on a live highways project
- Ensuring works are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications
- Undertaking quality assurance and quality control checks
- Completing site measurements and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with Site Managers, subcontractors and the wider project team
- Monitoring progress and ensuring works meet programme requirements
- Supporting the delivery of the project safely and efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer within highways/civil engineering
- Strong setting-out experience
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
- Relevant CSCS card
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a site team
- Available to start ASAP
