Site ERP Implementation Coordinator

Rugby, Warwickshire | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a Site ERP Implementation Coordinator to support the rollout of a major ERP transformation programme at our Rugby site.

Working closely with site leadership and the global ERP project team, you will coordinate local implementation activities, stakeholder engagement, training, testing, data validation and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the site liaison between local stakeholders and the ERP project team.
  • Coordinate project plans, training and testing activities.
  • Support change management and business readiness initiatives.
  • Assist with data validation and migration activities.
  • Monitor project progress, risks and issues.
  • Support go-live and post-implementation activities.

About You

  • Experience supporting ERP, transformation or business change projects.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Comfortable using Excel and working with data.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps would be advantageous.
  • Manufacturing experience is desirable.
