An experienced Site Foreman is required to support the delivery of large-scale residential construction projects across the Cork area.
This opportunity is suited to a construction professional with a strong background in site supervision, quality control and coordinating site teams to deliver projects to a high standard.
The Site Foreman will play a key role in overseeing site activities, working closely with site personnel, subcontractors and project teams to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.
Site Foreman Benefits:

Site Foreman Role:
- Oversee general construction activities on site, ensuring work is completed to the required quality standards
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance and site progress
- Work closely with Health and Safety teams to support a safe and compliant working environment
- Monitor project schedules and provide progress updates
- Provide clear direction and support to site teams
- Help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard
- Work collaboratively with site personnel and wider project teams
Site Foreman Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a similar Foreman, Construction Foreman, Site Foreman or related site supervision role
- Strong background working on construction projects
- Experience managing site teams and coordinating subcontractors
- Ability to work to project deadlines and meet required timeframes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a wider construction team
- Experience within large-scale residential construction environments is preferred
