job description
We are currently looking to recruit a site maintenance operative/handy person to provide ongoing site maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Duties
Duties will involve all aspects of site maintenance upkeep & repair including clearing areas disposing of waste,

Preparation & Painting of windows doors fixtures & furnishings.
Ther role would suit a retired individual & the company can accommodate hours to suit either full or part time.

Skills

Will need to be competent at basic maintenance tasks & have a good knowledge & experience of using hand tools & also experience of painting to a high standard.

Will need to be competent at measuring & preparation of work areas & have the ability to plan jobs to obtain the required materials for job completion.
