Site Manager

Albion Search are currently working with a regional social housing refurbishment contractor who are looking to appoint a Site Manager, for an 8 week refurb scheme in Hull.

The ideal candidate would have experience on social housing schemes, and/or refurb experience too.

Roles & Responsibilities

• H&S
• RAMS
• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Management of trades & sub-contractors
• Inductions
• Working alongside the TLO/RLO
• Ensuring the tasks are completed on programme

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, along with the above relevant experience.
