Site Manager – Fit Out / Joinery

Location: Glasgow / Lanarkshire Salary: Negotiable + Bonus Start: ASAP

Are you a hands‑on Site Manager with a strong joinery or fit‑out background? This is an opportunity to take ownership of high‑quality commercial fit‑out projects ranging from £40k to £2m, leading delivery on site and managing all subcontractors to ensure exceptional standards.


The Role

You will oversee day‑to‑day site operations across commercial fit‑out schemes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all site activities and subcontractors

  • Ensuring H&S compliance and maintaining site documentation

  • Driving programme delivery and quality standards

  • Coordinating materials, labour, and site logistics

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and project teams

  • Reporting progress and resolving site issues proactively


What You Need

  • Strong background in joinery or commercial fit‑out

  • Proven experience managing projects up to £2m

  • SMSTS certification (essential)

  • Ability to lead teams and maintain high standards of workmanship

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
