Site Manager

Site Manager required for a refurbishment of a large supermarket in the Telford area. The project is commencing Sunday 23rd August and running for 13 week. The requirement is night shifts. The shifts will run Sunday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the refurbishment project.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.
- Conduct site inductions.
- Attend and lead client meetings.
- Ensure health, safety, and site compliance.
- Liaise with a visiting Contracts Manager.
- Use IT systems for reporting and project administration.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Site Manager.
- Strong background in retail construction/refurbishment projects.
- Experience working on supermarket or similar retail fit-out/refurbishment schemes.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- IT literate.

Must have the below qualifications -

- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- First Aid Certificate
- CSCS Card
- Fire Marshal
- Asbestos Awareness

Ideal Candidate
An experienced Site Manager who can independently run a large site, manage subcontractors effectively, maintain client relationships, and ensure the project is delivered safely and on schedule.
