Site Manager

Site Manager required for a strip out and fit-out of a large supermarket in the Scarborough area. The project is commencing Monday 5th October and running for 20 weeks. The requirement is day shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the refurbishment project.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.
- Conduct site inductions.
- Attend and lead client meetings.
- Ensure health, safety, and site compliance.
- Liaise with a visiting Contracts Manager.
- Use IT systems for reporting.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Site Manager.
- Strong background in retail construction/refurbishment projects.
- Experience working on supermarket or similar retail fit-out/refurbishment schemes.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- IT literate.
Must have the below qualifications -
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- First Aid Certificate
- CSCS Card

Ideal Candidate
An experienced Site Manager who can independently run a large site, manage subcontractors effectively, maintain client relationships, and ensure the project is delivered safely and on schedule.
