Site Manager Needed
📍 Location: Scunthorpe
📅 Start Date: Monday 29th June
⏳ Duration: 3 Months+ (Ongoing Potential)
💷 Rate: DOE (Depending on Experience)

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a solar installation project in Scunthorpe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in renewable energy projects and site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations on a utility-scale/commercial solar installation project.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely and to programme.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Monitor quality standards and maintain project documentation.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage RAMS, permits to work, and site records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing solar PV projects.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• CSCS Card.
• SSSTS (advantageous).
• Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor certification (preferred).
• IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH qualification (preferred).
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and site management procedures.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

💷 Pay rate is negotiable and dependent on experience.
