Site Manager at Antac Support Services, Northolt, Greater London

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the operational delivery of high-quality services. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers who carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of all hard FM and building service activities across the site
• Lead the health and safety, environmental compliance and quality standards
• Ensure contractual KPI's and SLA's are consistently achieved
• Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Manager and coordinate subcontractors ensuring efficient work delivery
• Profit and loss performance and cost control for the site

What are we looking for?

• Strong technical understanding of building services maintenance
• Proven experience managing building services contracts
• Previous experience in a client facing role

Desirable criteria:

• Qualifications in either mechanical or electrical engineering
• SMSTS qualification
