Freelance Site Manager Requirement

• Location: Oxford Circus, London
• Start Date: 14th September 
• Duration: 10–12 weeks

I'm working with a fit-out contractor who are looking for a Site Manager to take control of a live office refurbishment project in Oxford Circus.

The project is focused on the refurbishment of one floor of an office, including four bathroom refurbishments. It's a 10–12 week programme, so they're looking for someone who can come in, take ownership of the site and drive the job through to completion.

What they're looking for:

• Proven Site Management experience within commercial fit-out / office refurbishment
• Someone comfortable running a live refurbishment project independently
• Strong subcontractor management skills
• Good eye for quality and finish
