Site Manager 

Southampton | £200k Refurbishment Project | 16th November Start

I'm working with a main contractor on an 8–10 week internal refurbishment project in Southampton, with a project value of approximately £200k.

They're looking for a reliable Site Manager who can keep the programme moving, maintain excellent health and safety standards and make sure all site paperwork is completed properly.

The role

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the refurbishment project.

• Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site.

• Keep all site paperwork, records and compliance documentation accurate and up to date.

• Coordinate site activities and ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently.

• Keep the project on programme and deal with any issues as they arise.

• Work closely with the main contractor, Kier, and the wider site team.

What you'll need

• SMSTS.

• First Aid qualification.

• CSCS card.

• A strong understanding of site health and safety and construction documentation.

• Previous experience managing refurbishment projects.

• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to maintain high standards on site.

Desirable

• Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) ticket.
