Site Manager

Site Manager to work within a school in Walsall, required immediately.
As a site Manager you will be responsible for:
- Opening up and closing the school.
- Keeping the school grounds maintained and tidied.
- General maintenance and DIY.
- litter picking.
- assisting with any school deliveries.
- overlooking the schools health and safety.
- Carrying out fire drills/test.
- Checking fire extinguishers and other health and safety aspects of the schools.
Key Skills:
- Organised
- Reliable
- Good time management
- Opening/locking up the premises.
- Responding promptly to maintenance issues.
Hours: Mon to Friday 7.00am - 10.00am and 3pm - 6pm.
Pay: £13.50 an hour
