Site Manager

BMSL are looking for an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start in Hartlepool.

Scope of Works

The successful candidate will oversee a construction and interior fit-out project, including:

• Superstructure and canopy works
• Steelwork
• Mezzanine deck installation
• Padel courts
• Interior fit-out works

Requirements

• Previous Site Management experience
• Experience overseeing similar construction and fit-out projects
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage site operations and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard

Start: Immediate
Duration: Up until early December
Rate: £300–£350 per day, depending on experience
