Site Manager – Industrial Build

Location: Bournemouth

Start Date: 20th July

Duration: 12 Weeks

Rate: Competitive (TBC)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on the final phase of an £11 million new-build industrial warehouse project in Bournemouth.

With approximately 12 weeks remaining, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations, driving the programme through to completion and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily site operations during the final stages of the project.
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are completed in line with the construction programme.
• Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and quality.
• Managing site logistics and resolving day-to-day site issues.
• Monitoring progress and reporting to the Project Manager.
• Carrying out site inspections and quality checks.
• Ensuring all snagging, finishing works and handovers are completed to programme.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial, warehouse or large commercial construction projects.
• Strong experience managing projects through the finishing and handover stages.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to hit the ground running and manage a live construction site with minimal supervision.
