We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a new build construction project in Preston.

This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established main contractor, ideal for a Site Manager with a proven track record delivering new build projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality.

Key Requirements:

• Strong new build construction experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing projects as the No.1 Site Manager.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme.
• Strong focus on health & safety, quality and client liaison.

Essential Qualifications:

• SMSTS
• Black CSCS Card (Manager)
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness
