We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a construction roofing project in Wrexham on behalf of a leading main contractor.

This is a non-working Site Manager position, responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent health & safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with the client, project team and subcontractors.
• Complete daily site reports and progress updates.
• Monitor programme and resolve any on-site issues.

Essential Requirements:

• SMSTS.
• Black CSCS Card (Manager).
• First Aid at Work.
• Asbestos
