We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a National Contractor in Newcastle. As the Site Manager you will you will be responsible for carrying out all of the aspects of site coordination, securing resources, monitoring work and liaising with the management team.

The projects involve overseeing the refurbishment of a close ward in a North Major Hospital  Experience as a Site Manager overseeing these types of projects previously is essential and must be illustrated in your CV.

This is a fixed term contract for 6 weeks starting ASAP

Candidate Requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS card (Black Card Required)
• 3-day First Aid certification
• Refurbishment experience
