I’m working with a well-established specialist joinery contractor that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering bespoke, high-end joinery packages across some of London's most prestigious residential and commercial developments. The business has been operating for over 30 years and is recognised for its exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail and long-standing relationships with leading main contractors, developers and architects.
Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of projects, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-quality joinery installations across London.
The Role You'll take full responsibility for managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the exceptionally high standards expected by both the client and end user.
Duties will include:
  • Managing high-end joinery installation projects from start to completion
  • Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour on site
  • Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with programme
  • Carrying out quality inspections and maintaining the highest finishing standards
  • Liaising with clients, architects, main contractors and design teams
  • Managing site logistics, materials and deliveries
  • Attending site meetings and producing progress reports
  • Maintaining excellent health & safety standards throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager working for a specialist joinery or carpentry contractor
  • Experience delivering luxury residential, commercial or hospitality fit-out projects
  • Strong eye for detail with a passion for delivering high-quality finishes
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Black or Gold Card
  • First Aid qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
Salary & Benefits
  • £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
