About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established construction contractor delivering high-quality projects across Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with proven experience in hotel conversions, hotel new builds, and residential new build developments.
Key Responsibilities As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties will include:
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Overseeing daily site operations
- Ensuring works are completed in line with programme requirements
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control
- Coordinating multiple trades and workstreams
- Working closely with Project Managers, consultants, and the wider construction team
- Monitoring project progress and reporting on site performance
- Hotel conversions and refurbishments
- Hotel new build projects
- Residential new build developments
- Large-scale construction projects
- Projects involving multiple subcontractors and trades
- Projects delivered to strict programme and budget requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
- Strong background in hotel and/or residential construction
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Demonstrable subcontractor and site management experience
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Relevant construction qualification preferred
