We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major construction project in Essex.
📍 Location: Essex
💷 Rate: £300 per day
📅 Start: Immediate
⏱️ Basis: Freelance / Contract
🚆 PTS: Not required
The Role
The successful Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering/construction
- Strong site management and leadership skills
- SMSTS
- CSCS Manager/Supervisor-level card
- Able to manage subcontractors, labour, plant and materials
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Rail experience advantageous but not essential
- PTS is NOT required
- Available for an immediate start
