Site Manager (Civils)

Site Manager Required - Mansfield

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join an ongoing care home extension project in Mansfield.

The role will be overseeing the groundworks package, with approximately 10 months remaining on the programme.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing groundworks and civil engineering packages
• Strong site management and subcontractor coordination skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
• Ability to maintain programme, quality and health & safety standards
• Experience working on care homes, healthcare, or similar projects would be advantageous

Project Details:

• Location: Mansfield
• Duration: Approx. 10 months
• Start: Immediate / ASAP
• CIS Payment weekly
