Site Manager (Clean)

A permanent opportunity is available for an experienced Site Manager to oversee pipe renewal projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional seeking a long-term position within an established organisation.

An established and reputable business operating within the utilities and infrastructure sector, delivering pipe renewal and associated civil engineering projects.

The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of pipe renewal works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. Duties will include coordinating site teams and subcontractors, maintaining health and safety standards, monitoring progress and liaising with project stakeholders.

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within utilities, water, civil engineering or pipe renewal projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements and site procedures.
• Proven ability to manage site teams, subcontractors and project delivery.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant site management qualifications, such as SMSTS, are desirable.
