Site Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a major civil engineering project in Teesside. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with programme requirements. Duties will include site supervision, workforce and subcontractor management, health and safety compliance, and the preparation and management of key site documentation including RAMS. Maintaining quality standards and ensuring adherence to project procedures will also form a key part of the role.

• Previous experience in a Site Manager position within civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong site management and people management skills.
• Good understanding of health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Experience preparing and managing RAMS and associated site documentation.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage site activities effectively.
• Relevant industry qualifications and certifications preferred.
