Site Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established construction business delivering high-quality projects across the Newcastle area. This permanent role will oversee both internal and external works, including fit-out and cladding packages, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards.

A reputable and growing construction contractor with a strong track record of delivering commercial and residential projects. The business is recognised for its commitment to quality, safety and long-term client relationships.

• Manage day-to-day site operations for internal and external works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Oversee fit-out and cladding packages from commencement through to completion.
• Ensure health and safety compliance at all times.
• Monitor programme, quality and budget, resolving issues as they arise.
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong background in managing fit-out and cladding works.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to programme.
