Site Manager

Freelance Site Manager needed to join a well-established contractor, overseeing refurbishment works on a commercial project in Newcastle. Starting 1st September, this role will involve working nightshifts, so the ability to work independently is essential.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing project programmes and schedules
• Coordinating site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety
• Maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards

Experience Required

• Proven experience in a Site Management role
• Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple live projects within a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations and project delivery processes

Remuneration:

• £300.00 per shift (could be negotiable depending on experience)
