Site Manager

Freelance Site Manager required to start 21/09/2026, 2 month contract overseeing a specialist flooring contractor working on a new build commercial project in Amble, Northumberland.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for coordinating trades, supervising site teams, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring smooth project delivery within specified timeframes
• Strong leadership skills, practical knowledge of finishing works, and a keen eye for detail to effectively manage on-site activities and uphold the company's reputation for excellence

Experience required:

• Proven experience as a manager overseeing similar packages of work
• An understanding of flooring materials and working methods
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate and motivate site teams.
• Essential certification required -
• Gold or Black CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS and 1st aid at work

Remuneration:

• £280.00 per day (could be negotiable)
