Site Manager – Education Refurbishment

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term cover on an education refurbishment project, starting 24th October.

The role will involve overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with the project programme.

The Role:

• 9 consecutive days of work
• Starting 24th October
• Education refurbishment project
• Site-based position
• Overseeing daily site operations and subcontractors
• Maintaining health & safety standards and ensuring works progress to programme

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Available for the full 9-day period
