Site Manager – Blanchardstown

The CSR Group are working with a specialist fit-out contractor based in Blanchardstown who is seeking a Site Manager to oversee office fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from €20k to €2m.

This would suit a hands-on Site Manager who enjoys fast-paced projects, coordinating trades and delivering high-quality finishes. Works include complete office fit-outs and upgrades within occupied premises.

Package

• €60,000–€75,000 depending on experience.
• Company car and phone.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities from commencement through to handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials and deliveries to meet tight programmes.
• Oversee partitions, ceilings, finishes and the coordination of building services.
• Maintain quality and safety while minimising disruption in occupied buildings.
• Manage snagging, resolve site issues and keep the project team informed.

Requirements

• Previous Site Management experience within commercial fit-out or refurbishment.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction sequencing.
• Confident managing subcontractors and delivering quick-turnaround projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
