Site Manager (SM) - School Refurbishment Project

Pay Rate: £29.00-£32.00 per hour

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced school refurbishment project.

Project Details:

• Start Date: Friday 17th July
• Duration: Approximately 6 weeks (through to the end of August)
• Working Pattern: Weekend work is likely to ensure the project is completed before the new school term.

Scope of Works:

• External refurbishment works including:
  • Car park improvements
  • Footpath works
• Internal refurbishment works including:
  • Toilet refurbishment
  • Nursery refurbishment

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within education or refurbishment environments.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
• DBS is essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and keep the project on programme.
