We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join an established and growing specialist contractor, delivering high-quality facades and cladding packages across commercial and residential projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background managing facade and cladding works on site, with a proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage site activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme.

• Oversee facade and cladding installations across commercial and residential projects.

• Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site activities.

• Monitor quality, progress and workmanship throughout the project.

• Ensure all health & safety requirements and site procedures are adhered to.

• Liaise with Project Managers, Contracts Managers, clients and other site teams.

• Attend and contribute to site meetings and progress reviews.

• Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, inspections and relevant documentation.

• Identify and resolve site issues proactively.

• Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the facades and/or cladding sector.

• Experience working on commercial and/or residential projects.

• Strong understanding of facade systems, cladding installation and associated construction processes.

• Confident managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.

• Good understanding of health & safety and site compliance requirements.

• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

• Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.

• All relevant site tickets and qualifications must be in date.

• Must be based within a commutable distance of Barnet.
