We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fit out project in Epsom, starting on 27th July.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering fit out projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site logistics.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with the project programme.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular site inspections.
• Monitor quality and ensure works meet client specifications.
• Liaise with the client, project team, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on fit out projects.
• Valid SMSTS certificate.
• Valid CSCS card.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• DBS required
• Scaffold Awareness - beneficial
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Available to start on 27th July.
