We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fit out project in Epsom, starting on 27th July.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering fit out projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site logistics.
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with the project programme.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular site inspections.
- Monitor quality and ensure works meet client specifications.
- Liaise with the client, project team, and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on fit out projects.
- Valid SMSTS certificate.
- Valid CSCS card.
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- DBS required
- Scaffold Awareness - beneficial
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Available to start on 27th July.
