Site Manager – Residential Projects (Reinstatement Works)

£40,000–£50,000 + Package | Full-Time | Field-Based | PAYE

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple residential reinstatement projects, typically valued up to £100k per project.

This is a hands-on role managing live sites/occupied properties, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple live residential reinstatement projects
• Organising and supervising trades and subcontractors
• Maintaining site programmes and keeping works on schedule
• Monitoring quality of works and ensuring health & safety compliance
• Liaising with Contracts Managers, customers and stakeholders
• Managing materials, deliveries and labour requirements
• Resolving on-site issues and driving projects through to completion

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential repairs/refurbishment
• Strong knowledge of trades, materials and construction processes
• Good understanding of health & safety (RAMS, site compliance)
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
