Job Title: Site Manager – High-End Joinery Fit Out -

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000, DOE + Package

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in fit out and refurbishment? Do you take pride in delivering premium quality projects to the highest standards? We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Site Manager to join our team on a series of prestigious care home projects.

🔨 About the Role:

As Site Manager, you’ll oversee the full site delivery of high-end refurbishment and fit out projects across London and the surrounding counties . These are live environments requiring sensitivity, precision, and consistent quality—ideal for a candidate who thrives under responsibility and enjoys a well-structured and refined build.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high specifications.

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams with professionalism.

• Maintain strict health & safety standards in live care home environments.

• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

• Ensure quality control and snag-free project handovers.

👷‍♂️ About You:

• Proven experience managing fit out and refurbishment projects (care home or similar sectors preferred).

• Strong trade background, ideally carpentry/joinery

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

• Ability to travel between sites in the Northamptonshire, Peterborough, and Milton Keynes areas.
