Site Manager Required – Chigwell, Essex

💰 Rate: Negotiable (Dependent on Experience)

EA Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a roofing project based in Chigwell.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager who is confident running a site operationally and managing subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Essential Requirements:

• SMSTS Certificate
• Previous experience as a Site Manager
• Strong operational and organisational skills
• Ability to oversee subcontractors and manage the day-to-day running of site
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid First Aid and CSCS Card (preferred)

Desirable:

• Previous experience working on roofing projects or with a roofing contractor.
• Good understanding of roofing systems and site logistics.

Duties Include:

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the site
• Supervising subcontractors and coordinating works
• Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
• Monitoring programme and productivity
• Liaising with the client, contractors and project team
• Maintaining high standards of quality and site organisation
