SITE MANAGER -Facade / Cladding

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SITE MANAGER FACADE / CLADDING to lead and oversee the installation and management of facade and cladding projects on construction sites. This role demands a proactive leader who can coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality results within project timelines. As a pivotal figure in the project execution, you will drive efficiency, supervise subcontractors, and maintain seamless communication between all stakeholders to bring architectural visions to life with precision and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of facade and cladding installation activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Supervise and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize productivity and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Develop detailed work schedules using Primavera P6 project management software to align with overall project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor progress regularly, identify potential delays or issues early, and implement corrective actions swiftly to keep projects on track.
• Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and promote a culture of safety awareness among all personnel.
• Collaborate closely with design teams, engineers, and clients to resolve technical challenges efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of site activities, progress reports, incident logs, and quality assurance records to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• Proven management experience in facade or cladding projects within the construction industry.
• Supervising experience with a strong ability to lead diverse teams effectively on busy construction sites.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling tools for detailed planning and resource allocation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to facade installation work and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Technical understanding of facade systems, materials, installation techniques, and relevant building codes is highly desirable.
